Minimum Wage: Tough Choices for States, Cities, and Nonprofits

The momentum for increased minimum wages at state and city levels has led to some disturbances from the nonprofit field. A few nonprofits are concerned that increasing the minimum wage means increasing their service delivery costs without any substantive commitment from government that it will compensate nonprofits to help them maintain programs and keep operating.
