Oregon Turns Over State Insurance Exchange to the Feds

Things have to have gone terribly wrong in Oregon for the state to decide to shut its state exchange and turn over responsibility to the federal government’s Healthcare.gov. The combination of unnecessary complexity, contracting out responsibilities, and blindly trusting IT contractors certainly seems to have rendered to a problematic result.
